Sr Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Mfg/FMCG/EPC

One of our clients, A leading MNC is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

Sr.Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis

Basic Job Purpose:

- Forecasting financial performance and annual & strategic planning

- Month to Month variance analysis of financial variables (i.e. Actual vs Plan based on Volume, mix, rate and other drivers) with clear and succinct explanations for the variances, and recommendations for corrective actions

- Preparation of weekly, monthly and other business review decks

- Detailed MIS on regular intervals to functional leads to achieve the deployed target

- Review on Business performance actuals and reporting projections and variances to Controllership with substantial reporting backups

- Periodic analysis on engagement Profitability based on Revenue, Headcount, Costs and Margin

- Variance analysis with Current vs. Plan and Prior year trends

- Periodic Forecasting support by providing insights based on current actuals and projections

- Engaged in Finance special projects with focus to improve financial performance

- Providing Year-end Macro and Micro Financial planning support in liaison with Controllership

- Exposure in US GAAP and accounting practices

Education & Experience:

- CA/MBA from B Schools with 3+ years of relevant experience from Manufacturing/FMCG/EPC industries.

- Uses planning as a tool to address the entire problem area accurately and on-time.

- Modulates the problems, lays down their execution plan and abides to the process plan while execution.

- Proactively drives energies to achieve desired results or to have closures with long-term solutions
