Maquette Consulting Group hiring for Leading Internet MNC - Operations in More than 130 Countries.  Job Description:  - Should have 4-5 yrs of relevant experience after CA or MBA - Finance (Only Tier - 1 Colleges)   - Should have minimum 4 years of exp. in FP&A.  - Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis   - Working closely with the leadership team determining robust assumptions to drive the rolling forecast model   - Managing and Co-coordinating the business’s monthly forecasting process and annual budgeting process   - Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance  - Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly & annual cash flow forecast to ensure sufficient funds  - Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools  - Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis  - Prepare for monthly & quarterly business review  - Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports  - Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs.  - Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team  Reporting to Head of Finance (India)
