Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (AVP equivalent)  Context  The organisation is going through a phase of very high growth. It recently obtained its first round of funding and is poised to see a sharp rise in the size and scale of its business. Its existing Finance & Accounts function needs to evolve to meet the changing needs of the organisation. If successful, the right candidate could grow to become the CFO of the organisation.  Roles and Responsibilities  This position will be responsible for building the entire Finance & Accounts function. Key areas of responsibility include:  - Performance metrics and analysis (accounting + financial + all other relevant performance metrics across business functions).  (Note: This would require the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the business – the business sector, the business environment, business model(s), product offering, competition, clientele (including client’s industry and users at the client-end), technology & trends, etc.)  - Financial control – preparing and maintaining budgets and dynamic forecasts (including 3-5 year forecasts).  - Accounting metrics and reporting.  - Accountability – ensuring compliance, including timely reporting for organisation-wide MIS’s across departments.  - Treasury  Desired Candidate Profile  - Education: MBA with a specialization in Finance from a top-20 B-school (CA’s without an MBA but with highly relevant experience may also be considered)  - Up to 4 years of relevant experience  - Prior experience of not just reporting numbers, but also providing analysis and insights to enable strategic business decisions, across business functions  Remuneration – will not be a constraint for the right candidate.  Interested candidates can send their resumes or call +919830270740 for any queries.
