Job Code 001 {Designation –Sr. Manager-Establishments}
Role
- Maintenance of employee records/data in SAP system and custodian of personal files.
- All activities from hiring, joining, induction, absorption/confirmation, terminations, separations, etc
- Managing Rewards and Recognitions (annual appraisal, incorporation of ratings in the system, managing employee motivational schemes- Long Service Awards, Educations Reimbursement, Loan subsidy, etc
- Salary and Wage revision, yearly increments in case of bargain able employees.
- Catering to various employees needs like certificates, etc
- Legal compliance – related to Notification of Vacancies to the Employment Exchange
- Updation of employee records- qualifications, marital changes, etc.
- Control of employees’ personnel numbers and I-Card issue and replacements
- Conducting exit interviews and sends report and analysis of the same to top management
- MIS – relating to HR to various internal and external agencies
Preferred Industry/ Organizations: Manufacturing
Experience: 10-15 years
Education
- Graduate
- PG in HR & IR or MPM
Knowledge requirements:
- Knowledge of necessary legal compliances
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of MS-Office
