The position will be responsible for activities related to enhancement of existing products/processes and implementation of new product launches. Position will also be responsible for Technical expertise activities for new product technology transfer from development/other sites, scale up and manufacturing of ANDA submission batches.  - Experience in manufacturing of solid dosage, both immediate release and controlled release product. He must have sound understanding of technical and market trends and can initiate proactive product development programs as required.  - Responsible for enhancements for continuous improvement of existing products/processes of solid oral dosage forms.  - Responsible for transfer of technology to manufacturing department during the process validation of submitted/approved products.   - Responsible for overseeing successive phases of development and transfer activities including production of research, scale up, exhibit/registration for ANDA submission, component changes and process validation batches in a cGMP environment to ensure the manufacturability w.r.t. design specifications, engineering and other requirements.   - Transfer Technology of new products for the development site/client site to manufacturing site.   - Responsible for scale up/commercial validations of approved products to ensure the manufacturability effectiveness.  - Supervise technical support for commercial products routine manufacturing.   - Expertise in technology transfer and pilot plant scale-up of products from R&D scale to commercial manufacturing scale.   - Expertise in writing & reviewing master batch record, protocols, tech transfer and scale up reports.
