Job Title/Position:

1. Sr. Manager / DGM - STB (North &East Region) (Base Location : Gurgaon)

2. Sr. Manager / DGM - STB (West & South Region) (Base Location : Mumbai)

The candidate would be working with MBB & Home Business Department under India Consumer BG reporting into Director-Device Sales (India).

Qualification:

- B.E/B.Tech (minimum requirement); MBA is optional.

- Candidates with other educational streams with strong and relevant experience are also welcome.

Experience:

- 10-15 years of sales/business development experience, specifically handling multi-million dollar sales for STB/Silicon products facing customers such as relevant regional/national MSO/DTH providers.

In the last 5-8 years must have covered the following:

- Worked in popular STB vendors as sales manager facing B-B clients

- Should have handled multimillion dollar business scale

- Worked under hard-pressed sales targets

- Should have been the owner for account relationship

- Own targets such as sales,revenue,profit and collection

- Should have worked in a team and be a team player

- Handled DTH/MSO operators within India.

Responsibility:

- Responsible for achieving Sales, profit, revenue and collection targets for STB from DTV service providers such as DTH players (other than Tatasky, Airtel DTH, Reliance Big TV) and MSOs in their respective regions.

- Responsible for breakthrough of business and expand into various accounts step by step

- Establishing close relationship with various key members in the decision making chain as well as close relationship with important persons in different functions such as Technical, finance, operations, marketing,service, supply chain etc so as to deliver the project smoothly

- Technically sound on STBs so as to drive workshops with key decision makers from time to time to establish Organizations salient points with the customer,

- Understand competition activity and make competition counter actions to ensure breakthrough for the organization,

- Willing to learn new technologies and possess good creative skills to build winning end to end proposals,

- Willing to work as a team with cross team members from product,supply chain,service and marketing to establish a strong business relationship with customer at all layers and functions.

- As a an account in charge for STB, drive the end to end project and ensure timely deliverables.

- Make concrete business plans with a complete SWOT analysis.

- Willing to travel across the region allocated within India.
