Educate the customer on product interface through various marketing activities like ATL and BTL to create brand positioning and product positioning in domestic and international markets for company's products. Clearly communicate all requirements and specifications to relevant engineering groups within organization to insure proper design intent of the product.  Roles and Responsibilities  - Responsible for Marketing of organisation and its products and conduct trainings for customers to educate them on company's product line  - Develop and maintain relationships with various Industries like Oil and Gas , Power , Sugar , Waste Water , Iron and steel, Chemical plants and Mining to maximize the flow of information, create and capitalize on Market Opportunities  - Organize and participate in market-specific trade shows, exhibitions and events at domestic and international level  - Manage budgets for the annual marketing and promotional expenses  - Develop company brochures, collaterals and presentations  - Develop domestic and international market share for organization across industries  - Oversee product marketing including product launch management, presentation and competitive analysis in domestic as well as international markets   - Manage initial market survey, deliver presentations to the customers as regards to the features, applicability and benefits of launched product encompassing to enquiry generation  Education, Training and Skills  Formal education or certifications essential to accomplish the position’s duties and responsibilities:  - B.TECH/BE  - Disciplines: Mechanical/Chemical  - MBA(Marketing) regular from a premiere Institute  Experience & Skills required  - 12-15 years of experience in Marketing activities for Industrial Products  - Hands on experience in Brand Promotion/Positioning through ATL and BTL activities  - Excellent interpersonal and strong oral and written communication skills.  - Rich experience in Trade Marketing and Communication  - International experience is preferred
