Position: Senior Manager/DGM   Company: One of the largest phosphatic fertilizer player in the business segments of fertilizers.   Experience: 15 + years   Location: Job location would be Hyderabad.   Education: having experience in organised retail. Having sales training experience.  Salary Range: 30-40 lakhs   Industry: preferred industries are Retail, Pharma, Chemical manufacturing, FMCG, Telecom.   Span of Control: 10 Senior Managers  Roles and Responsibility:  - Will be handling training for 3 business units marketing, plant, retail.  Learning and Development:  - Build and execute to the annual training strategy and road-map in line with management objectives.  - Responsible for development and implementation of leadership and management development programs for senior management.  - Work with senior leadership on planning succession for the top line.  - Manage a ten member team of training managers who run our Retail, Sales and Marketing, Product and Functional training teams and programs.  - Involved in the process of company wide adoption of the PCMM model.  Employee Engagement:  - Design, Deliver and Manage key employee engagement initiatives across the organization  - Develop and implement employee engagement strategies  - Organise and Manage engagement surveys through Gallup  - Responsible for driving improvements, communication of results, identifying key issues and ensure engagement action plans  Innovation Management:  - Playing the role of Innovation Program Manager, responsible for creating new business growth through the innovation process   - Oversee and Manage the Innovation Program as per the established process  - Maximize idea generation and facilitate ‘Concept to Launch’ of approved projects  - Ensure resources including funds for various teams working on Projects.
