Position – Senior Manager / DGM – E-Learning
Location – Noida
Exp – 8-12yrs
Education – Graduate / MBA from Tier1 / Tier2 institutes
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and own relationships with VC’s, Deans and key decision makers within an identified list of key private universities
- Promote e-books, e-learning products such as My-Labs
- Scout for other revenue opportunities such as custom publishing and pass on to the relevant departments for closure
- Understand learner and teacher issues and establish a forum for Pearson to connect and benefit from these relationships by leveraging Pearson programmes like Campus Ambassador and PRC
- Unearth customer needs within the said institutions acting in a ‘pre-sales’ capacity
- Identify edupreneur’s pain-points and help interpret the same into a service/solution
- Transmit the service/solution idea back to the development team
- Help to commercially execute the resultant projects at the customer-end
- Keep track of competition in the e-space
- Understand non-traditional Pearson competition; Eg: TCS, Wipro, SAP, etc..and understand their engagement with the institutions better
- Explore non-compete alliances to expand Pearson’s solution foot-print
