Primary Responsibilities:  Key duties & Responsibilities:  Talent Acquisition/On-Boarding:   - Plan human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas  - Prepare detailed budgets and manpower plans at the macro level  - Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources(including campus placements) after identification of manpower requirements  - Participate on interview team for selection of manager/senior manager experienced hires by evaluating and recommending qualified candidates  - Plan & conduct systematic induction and orientation program for the new joiners.  Performance Management:   - Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management  - Execute annual performance management process for assigned area, ensuring guidelines are followed  - Encouraging usage of CED for individual development and drive leadership development competence for critical roles and individuals of the assigned business.  Total Rewards & Recognition:  - Drive compensation benchmark survey and analysis for the similar industry type to design the hiring and increment matrix  - Execute annual compensation processes for assigned area. Lead planning, administration and feedback on the compensation process  - Revise and implement employee's benefits rules as per changing requirement and market trend  - Explain performance management and compensation processes to management/leadership and summarizes results and recommendations.  Learning & Development:  - Partner with business and learning teams to devise Individual development programs for talent development and growth.   - Plan and conduct behavioural/function trainings for the calendar year in synchronization with business.  Career & Succession Planning:   - Identify high performing individuals and develop career plans for them, in consultation with the Function Heads  - Design & Manage the career movement for critical talent to enhance employee productivity and retentive within the business unit.  Payroll Management:  - Actively managing monthly payroll processing with facilitated adherence to statutory compliance regulations viz. PF, ESI, Minimum Wages and insurance policies  - Enable payment of Incentives as per the business reports.  - Employee Engagement/Retention Management   - Analysis of employee attrition across positions/functions  - Conduct employee feedback sessions on ongoing basis to gauge alignment with organizational values and overall business objectives.  - Proactively engage with business to design post engagement action planning workshops to increase engagement within business unit.   - Post Graduate in HR/Personnel Management/ Organization Development from a reputed institute   - 10-14 years Experience   - Experience of having worked on core HR areas/entire gamut of HR activities  - Manufacturing/FMCG/Consumer Durable industry preferred.
