Role This role will comprise of handling key IT projects & leading the development and support portfolios.  Specific Responsibilities:  - The person will be leading the Development and Support teams for aligning IT Operations to Business Requirements.   - He/She will be leading a team of 20+ professionals and will be responsible for IT deliverables for the current ERP (JDA) as per business requirements.   - He/she will also be expected to bring process optimization and innovation to the current IT application support process  Skill Sets:   - In depth of Knowledge of Retail Domain.  - Should have atleast 6 years experience in leading teams (atleast 5 member team)   - Technical Proficiency in AS400 / iSeries technologies (RPGILE/CLILE)   - Should have good working experience in the latest technology advancements related to iSeries.   - Should have atleast one end to end implementation experience on any of the leading ERP packages   - Experience in JDA (MMS) is desirable.  Working Relationships:  Internal: MMS Support team & Business end users  External: Coordinating with preferred IT Vendors and working with external IT vendor teams.  Educational Qualifications & Certification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech/ Equivalent degree in IT Total Years of   Experience & Others: 12 to 16 Years  Functional Skills: Good understanding of Retail domain (SCM, Merchandising, Finance, Retail Sales, etc)  Behavioural Skills: Interpersonal and Collaborative skills, People Management Skills   - Ability to work with different teams and draw upon their resources and lead them to a common goal.  Ami
