Job Title: Senior Manager - Customer Analytics & Management  Location: Mumbai  We have a requirement as Senior Manager for Customer Analytics & Management with Leading Life Insurance Company.  Purpose of Job:   - To enhance the customer management strategy for the company using best in class techniques on customer segmentation and analytics to maximize customer lifecycle value.   - Manage & develop the customer analytics capability of the company using optimal combination in inhouse and outsourced practices.  Job Resposibility:  - The candidate is expected to manage and enhance the analytics & segmentation framework for the company through the mix of inhouse capability and outsourcing. The framework to include customer analytics, portfolio segmentation / analysis, CRM capability enhancement and managing effective customer campaigns (communication and marketing campaigns) using various statistical, behavioural models and analysis techniques.  - The candidate is expected to lead the current team and drive the company objectives on customer management by effective utilisation of technical and personal skills.  - The candidate would be expected to lead the customer analytics/ CRM unit for the organization, drive strategic inputs on both CRM as well as Business Intelligence, and is expected to enhance the business capability by providing platforms for incisive insights into the business and thus create value for the organization.  The main job responsibilities for the role include:  - Initiate and spearhead the creation & strategic management of customer analytics for the organisation  - Spearhead the creation of framework for benchmarking customer lifecycle value (CLV) realisation.  - Strategize & manage the implementation and administration of Customer Relationship Management tool in the organization  - Setup/evaluation of the data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives  - Collaborate with other functions in country and at region (AXA Asia Pacific) levels for implementing customer management strategies in the country  - Build the Customer Analytics team (in house / out sourced) to provide analytics support spanning the entire gamut of business - Customer Acquisition, Campaign Management, Portfolio Analysis, Predictive Modelling and Cross-Sell/Upsell opportunity management  - Set up campaign design and propensity modelling around customer lifestages; acquisition, lapsation, reinstatement, up-sell, cross sell.  - Ensure appropriate analytical support for all the key business initiatives  - Work along with other functional units to identify opportunities for analytical inputs which positively impact stated business goals  - Tracking industry data on existing practices across companies scoping business models, practices & strategies around business conservation and persistency and segmentation (customer / channel).  - Enabling data integrity, collation & reporting standards  Desired Skills:  - Experience in customer analytics (BI) functions of insurance/ insurance KPO - analytics/ banks/credit card companies  - Ability to handle a fluid, unstructured work environment as the area is getting established within the organization.   - Candidate should have the capability to influence/ coordinate with other functions (esp. internal customers) to get the work done and also expand the role as he progresses.  Knowledge:  - Understanding of key business drivers of financial services industry  - Understanding of customer segmentation and data enrichment techniques  - Awareness of financial services industry trends  - Familiarity with regulations governing financial services industry (specifically insurance companies, banks, NBFCs, brokers, mutual funds, etc.)  Related Experience: 3 to 9 years of experience.   Desired Candidate’s Profile:   - Full Time MBA’s from Tier-I & Tier-2 Campuses.  Minimum 3 years analytics or CRM implementation experience
