Sr Manager - Credit Risk - BFSI

A client of PROFESSIONAL CONNEXIONS in the Financial Services Industry is looking to recruit a Senior Manager Credit Risk.

Educational Qualification MBA or CA

Experience 8 to 12 years (out of which 5 preferably in a bank or Financial Services Company)

Job Description ;

- Risk Analyst's primary role will be to conduct post disbursement monitoring and review of a portfolio of accounts covering business lines such as Private Equity Fund, Real Estate Fund etc and report any adverse findings, early warning triggers and control lapses for further action.

- Covenant monitoring with respect to financials

- Work closely with respective business lines for on going post monitoring activity of each account, including discreet referencing with external parties/bankers/vendors etc, participating on concalls, meetings etc

- Conduct Risk Assessment of investment proposals of both the Real Estate and Equity Funds

- Present Transactions and Risk Assessments to Senior Management and Credit Committees

- Need to Analyse and Structure transactions and provide risk insight on each account under review.

- Need to do Credit Analysis, Covenant Monitoring and Compliance Reviews
