Sr Manager - Corporate Treasury Finance - NBFC

Job Description:

1. Fund Planning, Fund Raising through Commercial Paper, NCD, Bank OD and Term Loans.

2. Liaison with Bankers, Preparation of CMA data, projected financial statements.

3. Dealing with Bankers, NBFC's, Mutual Funds for Fund sourcing and arrangement for clients.

4. Creation/Renewal of credit lines and negotiation of loan or overdraft terms with company bankers.

5. Monitoring of scheduled outflows such as interest and repayment of Term Loan installments

6. Assessment of working capital Requirements, Assessment of credit worthiness of proposals and judging the suitable structure for meeting the requirements of clients.

7. Formulating and implementing a borrowing strategy in line with the risk and business objectives of the
organization.
