A leading eCommerce company is looking for B2B/ Corporate sales professionals for their Gift Cards business.  - This individual will be responsible for cultivating long-term strategic partnerships and sales.   - You will be expected to meet or exceed revenue goals by planning and executing successful sales strategies for our Gift Cards/Vouchers business in North India.   - You will also lead the regional sales team to grow the business by attracting new corporate clients and increasing sales to existing clients.  Must Have Skills:  - The right person will have at least 8 years of successful sales, business development and sales management experience preferably in gifting, gift cards, pre-paid cards, or e-commerce industry  - Proved track record of managing a sales team is a must  - Solid understanding of the B2B market in North India is a must  - Leading business school MBA preferred, but not essential  - Experience in a growth-oriented environment where sales goals were set and supervisors were held accountable for achieving goals  - Proven analytical skills and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven  - Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly, as well as the ability to work effectively  - Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must  People from any industry having solid experience of B2B sales/ Corporate sales can apply.
