Job Role :
- P&L responsibility for category, Responsible for Sales, Market Share, Media Planning, Digital Marketing and Profitability for the category
- Build organisation needed to execute marketing and sales strategy for the category
- Ensure future performance of category through focus on innovation and long term strategy
- Develop the overall strategy, operational and organisational plan for the category
- Lead sales effort for the category
- Monitor on-going category performance - total sales and net contribution
- Undertake key decisions for the overall category and segment within category
- Pricing strategy
- Sales and service strategy
- Marketing spend and allocation across influencers
- Interact with Business partners and end-consumers
- Develop and manage overall team dedicated to the category
- Approve product/segment specific plans developed by product manager(s), e.g.
- R&D; ground level promotions
