Sr Manager - Contract - Telecom

We have very urgent opening for the position of Sr.Manager-Contract in one of our reputed client

Job location: Gurgaon

Qualification: B.Tech/BE

- Settlement of Disputes arising during contract and post contract

- Resolve disputes regarding claims amicably; as far as possible

- Provide technical aid to the Legal Department for matters under litigation and Arbitration

Claims Management:

- Analysis of claims, Costing of claims involved in Arbitration and DRB process of various claims

- Preparing Statement of Facts required for Arbitration and DRB process

- Attending DRB/ DAB and Arbitration meetings to represent the company

- Briefing counsels for Arbitration cases

Pretender Study:

- Preparation of pre-bid queries

- Pre-tender Risk analysis for prospective projects

- Preparation of Contract Appreciation Documents of various projects

- Interpretation of various clauses of Contract

- Co-ordination with site people to generate important records

- Vendor Development and Relationships

- To build rapport and relationship with all key and critical vendors and contractor

- To ensure that vendor issues are addressed appropriately to ensure mutually rewarding relationships

- To implement a vendor certification system to ensure quality

- Provide appraisals of vendors and contractors on CSI
