Sr Manager - Continuous Improvement

1. Must be LEAN certified, Certified Lean Practitioner from a reputed firm

2. Experience in Six Sigma

3. Done assignments in Supply chain domain

4. Must have exposure of business process re-engineering,

5. Expert in Lean tools & Methodology. Having Six Sigma skillset is desirable

6. A lean six sigma consultant must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

7. Ability to think out of box

8.Exposure to strategy and innovation tools like HOSHIN KANRI -- (this skillset is extremely critical to have)

9. Prepare Training Content on Lean Tools & Methodology for Training leadership team & the rest

10. Train Leadership team & the rest on Lean Tools & Methodology.
