Position Name: Sr. Manager / Chief Manager Infra Financing
Position Purpose:
- The candidate is required to manage end to end process of business acquisition process i.e. capability to get transaction on board followed by structuring of the transaction, negotiating terms of the deal, initial appraisal, liasoning with credit for final appraisal, liasoning with credit/monitoring and legal for documentation and disbursement.
Position: Sr. Manager - Infra Financing
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees): 2-3 Employees
Specific Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of BDM’s for delivery of business volumes and profitability targets
- Responsible for P&L management of the product
- Identifying new business opportunities for project finance (in both geographic and product domain) with major focus on transportation Sector through competition landscaping and channel development strategies.
- Sound knowledge of roads sector in terms of regulations, and funding structures for financing projects etc.
- Effective team handling & client relationship management skills to originate business & servicing client funding needs.
- Maintaining business relations with key decision makers for business development and revenue generation
- Liasioning with credit team for final due diligence and complying / providing all information required to complete the due diligence.
- Sound understanding of due diligence process (namely credit appraisals, well versed with structuring and documentation for project financing).
- Preparing and negotiating term sheet.
- Liasoning with Legal department for documentation. Mapping of term sheet with terms mentioned in the agreements.
- Post disbursement monitoring of transactions with respect to deviations/delinquencies.

- To coordinate with other functions of commercial finance

Experience: 8-10 Years of total Experience
Technical Competencies / Skills:
- Well versed in project evaluation and structuring
- Having understanding of credit appraisal and industry/business analysis with thorough knowledge of financial modelling.
- Well versed with business development / sales process for generating business.
- Effective team handling and client management skills
Personal Attributes:
- Team player
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Self motivator
Formal Qualifications: MBA
