Position Summary:  Aim to provide Business Process Transformation for our customers by implementing Innovative, disruptive, non-linear ideas, thereby benefiting our customers in the following areas:  - Reducing operating expenditure / Revenue Upside  - The improvement of customer experience  - The introduction of new types of services  Major Responsibilities:  - Create an environment of innovation, disruptive and non-linear business improvements.  - Own the implementation and resulting benefit realization of the Transformational Projects  - Lead, motivate, and support project teams of colleagues from diverse backgrounds with varied experience.  - Apply analytical tools to varied data to identify improvement opportunities in projects  - Own the design of end-to-end improvement opportunities, identifying and mitigating associated risks  - Identify end benefits and enabling activities, embedding key metrics to track and establish benefits realized.  - Develop realistic implementation plans that deliver on time through integrated work streams  - Support decision-making through business cases that clearly convey the rationale for change.  Personal Specifications:  - Prior business process transformation experience in ICT arena, preferably on the Telecom side.  - Change management and excellent stakeholder management skills  - Experience of having Managed Transformation Projects which are based on innovative ideas, providing business benefits post implementation.  - Experience of applying performance improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean / Six Sigma) in a service industry.  Essential Qualifications:  Additional Qualifications:	  - Graduate from premier institution; preferably in Telecommunications / IT.  - MBA is an added advantage.  Behavioral:  - Always think “innovation”  - Ability to work independently and be a self-starter  - Excellent customer interaction/management skills  - Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills  - Excellent understanding of telecom processes and best practices in the sector  - Flexibility and adaptability  - Work Experience	  - 8 - 12 years of relevant experience  Candidate should have prior experience in Telecom or IT industry.  Interested candidate call me upon +91-7860692219
