Sr Manager - Business Excellence - Telecom

Hiring for a leading Telecom Infrastructure organization:

Location: Ahmedabad

Job responsibilities:

- To facilitate the rollout of process excellence initiative with focus on Business Process Management System

- Process Standardization for the organization including consolidation of various IT applications, modules, parallel systems, work procedures.

- Understand business need with ground level issues - statutory /political / legal etc.

- Establishing of new process workflow with the help of functional & circle teams.

- Capture process, procedure level deviations.

- Rollout new / updated approved Business process

- Identification of Key measures of each & every process.

- Updating of latest process on BPMS platform.

- Optimizing business performance by standardization. Reducing redundancy & wastage.

- Review of Internal Audit with primarily focus on High Risk areas related to process.

- Identify Key areas for improvement.

- Develop Project Charter

- Facilitate workshop with all stakeholders related to projects.

- Review all interface process impact (if any).

- Ensure new updated process available on BPMS platform & project report updated on Project platform.

- Drive & implement Process measures.

Required experience:

- Graduation & MBA premier B school

- People working with Consulting firms or with Corporates with 4-11 years of relevant experience.

- ARIS expertise.

- Knowledge of concepts of Lean and Six Sigma and other quality standards such as ISO etc.

- Project Management.

- Analytical Thinking.

- Black Belt Training
