Job Summary:- Be the catalyst to facilitate Business Excellence at Avana.   - Own process definition across functions at Avana and the associated quality metrics.   - Champion certifications & overall responsibility for Business Excellence(BE) at a central level and drive improvement for business benefit.  - Own creation ,maintenance and improvement of the process framework at Avana.						  - Define quality metrics for the various processes, drive measurement, analysis and reporting of metrics.						  Key Responsibility Area:-	  Work with operations to   - Set up quality function with regard to each project.   - Measure and report on compliance to the metrics .   - Ensure compliance to client standards.						  - Business excellence initiatives at a central level including IT enabling several initiatives, benchmarking with best in class, anchoring key work processes etc.						  - Coordinating with all BE team members at site on ISO certifications and other quality initiatives like 5S,quality function deployment ,ICSI etc.	 					 - Training and awareness building of BE across the organization.						  - Define Business Process Maps.						  - Facilitate and drive change management across functions in adapting to business process improvements and ensuring they are followed repeatedly.	 					 - Liaising with Tata Quality Management Services on various trainings and benchmarking programs.						  Basic Requirement							  - Educational Background  - Certified in PMP or Prince 2  - Preferred Certifications - ISO 9000/14,001,7000 etc.  - Candidate should be an Engineering Graduate.  - Management Qualification will be an added advantage. 					  Experience Background:- 	  - 10-15 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Business Process Improvement projects based role .  - Experience in Process improvement through quality and cost save measures.  - Experience in process re- engineering.   - Should have experience of Projects and not in - house process improvements.  - Should have worked for multiple methodology : six sigma, Lean, DMAIC etc
