We have requirement for our client:

Position: Senior Manager (Banking and Financial Services)

Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai

Job Description:

Overall Responsibility:

- Responsible for serving clients and ensuring best in class execution of projects.

- Ability to develop excellent client relationships.

- Senior Manager must possess excellent leadership quality.

- He should lead, develop and guide the team.

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- Professional qualification

- 7+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

- Certification such as FRM/PRM preferred

- Experience in Big 4/ similar consulting organization or industry

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong and deep IA and risk consulting experience with specific focus on insurance clients and banking clients

- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services domain

- Proven Business Development skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects

- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment

- Ability to manage multiple teams

- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

- Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Must have ability to multi-task

- Excellent project management and client relationship skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Demonstrated mentoring and people development skills

Required Technical Knowledge & Skills:

- Excellent understanding of the core banking and finance industry

- Indepth understanding of banking processes such as treasury, operations, credit etc

- Good understanding of ERM practices, Basel II/III guidelines, solvency norms, RBI norms etc

Ability to Travel:

- Flexibility to travel at short notice
