Sr Manager/AVP - Residential Mortgage Operations

The role would be at Sr. Manager / AVP level with strong experience in US residential mortgages, around 12-15 years of experience in mortgage originations, exposure to servicing side of the business would be a plus

- Should have handled 200+ people at the minimum with Managers / Sr. Managers reporting into the role

- Should have In-depth knowledge of US mortgage

- Minimum 7-8 year’s experience in to US mortgage

- Managing a team of 200+ FTE’s

- Actively manages operational plans to business requirements and advance the business interests

- Good communication skills, experience working with US based customer is a must

- Handle escalations(internal and external), Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively

- Project / capacity planning, Manage the deliverables as per the project plan

- Knowledge / Workflow / Quality management (six sigma green belt will be preferable)

- Maintain MIS reports - Internal / External

- Manage Project revenues, manpower and profitability for processes and take necessary actions to meet required targets.

- Formulate action plan basis the market conditions and decide on acceptable performance targets

- Reviewing monthly performance of Team leads and the team members and appraising them

- Control attrition & absenteeism for the process to run smoothly

- Identify, Drive & Implement process improvement

- Positive attitude and ability to mentor employees across many skill sets: technical, quality assurance, customer service, etc. s

Desired Skill Set:

- Experience of handling 200+ FTEs

- Should have In-depth knowledge of US mortgage

- Experienced in handling process transition / migration

- Understands customer operations management - its rationale and requirements, and how its systematic application contributes to SLK G BPO business success.

- Develop methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization

- Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution

- Six Sigma Yellow/ Green Belt Certified/Trained
