Sr Manager/AVP - Origination/Structuring

- Involved in Project Appraisal & product Structuring in term-debt, sub-debt, debentures, convertibles and quasi-equity funding etc. to provide customized financing solutions to Infrastructure projects and their sponsor companies

- Responsible for end to end project delivery encompassing business development, product structuring and project appraisal, financial modeling/valuation and economic analysis, transaction processing and disbursements including intermittent portfolio management

- Independently handled multiple transactions

- Prepare internal approval memorandums and presentations that clearly and concisely present complex issues and key transaction considerations to diverse, interdisciplinary teams, including senior management

- Developing innovative and appropriate financial structures for investment transactions

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Skills Required :

- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

- 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience, and a proven track record in originating, structuring and closing transactions

- Knowledge of the infrastructure sector, and / or project finance is essential

- Strong financial and credit skills; demonstrated ability to structure a variety of financial instruments

- Business development and client relationship skills, track record and ability to focus on client needs effectively. Good at relationships and networking

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds

- Highly articulate with excellent presentation, negotiations and communication skills (written & oral)

- Execution skills in terms of building relationships, understanding lenders / investors’ requirements and presenting a financing case

- Highly competent in business analysis and proficient with complex financial models
