Opening with a reputed MNC for GRC (Governance,Risk & Compliance).  Role - Sr Manager/AVP  Looking at candidates from Big 4 companies only.  Role:-  Develop new products / service offerings  Prepare compliance framework for major industries in US and Europe  Accountable for all compliance solutions and lead the team till go live on new engagement  Prepare solution for new pursuits  Roles and Responsibilities:-  Should have strong experience in following:  Has developed a strong GRC approach and methodology  Perform Due Diligence / Pilot for potential new clients and Prepare Proof of concept for proposed solution  Understand key requirements and able to get automated tools developed  Internal audit - end to end processes or working as Compliance / Risk officer in a reputed organization  Good knowledge and working experience of major international Compliances - e.g. AML, FCPA, BASEL, SOX, KYC etc.  Process knowledge - all financial process e.g. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash etc.  Team Management:-  Should have managed a team of 8-10  Tools:-  Expert knowledge  MS office (Specifically Excel, PowerPoint)  ERP - SAP/Oracle, Hand on experience on GRC tools like SAP GRC,   Open Pages or other similar tools  Qualifications:-  PG: CA, ICWA, CS, CIA, CPA or MBA from Top B Schools only  Divya V IKYA Human Capital Solutions Ltd
