Department: Credit and Risk
Job Title: Credit Policy and Risk
Reporting To: Chief Risk Officer
Key Accountabilities:
- Work on policy changes based on trends and requirement of market
- Responsible for developing integrated risk strategies, providing business inferences, supporting the modeling / forecasting needs and management information reporting.
- The work would primarily involve the use of customer \ operational data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following
- Design and Develop risk strategies, statistical, financial and judgment based models to enhance credit decision making.
- Support credit functions like forecasting & provisioning
- Action oriented and on time reporting & analysis to meet management
- Support other analytical needs of the company if required

Job Specification:
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Post Graduation with background of Finance
Professional experience: 5-7 years - experience required in Financial services preferably NBFCs dealing with mortgage loans, housing loans, PL. Minimum 2 years - experience in Policy or Risk Analytic is essential for this role.
