Educational Background: MBA in HR from well reputed Institutes.

Role Details:
The role is fairly strategic and involves components of Organization design, Job evaluations, Talent Management and Succession Planning and Organization effectiveness. Additionally, there will be regular responsibilities around employee engagement, performance management, capability building and policy management. Exposure to Hays job evaluation methodology, talent frameworks, use of technology to enhance HR deliverables will be added advantage.
