Responsibilities/Authorities:

Operations Management:

- Overall responsibility of handling Aggregate Reports team and ensuring all reports are handled as per client requirements and timelines.

- Ensure team members plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet service level timelines and deliverables.

- Oversee work-flow management in terms of scheduling and related job issues.

- Manage any issues arising out of those on a daily basis.

- Maintain the flow of information current among the various team leads ensuring everyone is well informed of any changes in terms operations, best practices or any Accenture policy.

- Manage consistency of approach within the aggregate reporting team.

- Oversee production statistics and work on areas that require action.

- Interact with other leads to manage resources across areas.

- Responsible for attaining and maintaining high quality (client acceptance) deliverables with efficient application of resource.

- Manage resources across the teams to ensure timelines are met.

- Identify, support, and implement continuous improvement activities.

- Coordinate with the internal services of Accenture in coordination with the relevant single point of contacts (SPOCs) for any team related requirements in relation to the periodic HR appraisal process, departmental budgets, Recognition and Reward(R&R) initiatives, technology issues, Facilities and Services (F&S) requirements, team bonding activities and any other related activities.

Client Management:

- Ensure drug safety reporting regulations, ICH guidelines, and UCB SOPs are applied by the team members to adverse event case reporting.

- Ensure adherence to Client’s policies and procedures.

- Liaise with onshore and client to ensure client goals are met.

Resource Management:

- Work with Accenture Centre service providers to ensure IT and infrastructure support.

- Work with HR to address any employee issues as well as timely action on HR related documentation.

People Management and Motivation:

- Provide feedback to team members for quality and efficiency improvement and ensure necessary corrective measures are taken

- Recognize performers with center and deal awards.

- Involve in different events designed to motivate team members.

- Recruit and hire new employees

Educational and Experience Requirements:

- MD/MBBS/M.Pharma (board certification) and/or medical specialty is a must.

- Total experience Should be 8+ Yrs.

- 3-4 years’ experience in writing all types of Aggregate Reports (PSUR/ PBRER, DSUR, PADER, SMR, INDAR)

- Previous experience of 2-4 years minimum in leading teams is preferred

- Detail-oriented nature with strong organizational abilities.

- Knowledge of Medical Safety Standards.

- Ability to read and interpret AE cases and medical literature, draw conclusions.

- Detail-oriented nature with strong organizational abilities.

- Sound knowledge of medical terminology is required

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Strong typing skills

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic and ability to energize a team.

- Trained in Microsoft Excel, Word and general PC skills

- Detail-oriented

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
