This role will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing training initiatives.   - In addition, will oversee the implementation of proprietary performance management tools and processes as well as address individual learning needs and goals of employees.   - Develop and implement short and long-term learning strategies and solutions aligned to company and business needs   - Address individual Training requirements of employees through needs analysis, industry research, vendor recommendations, etc.   - Measure and report on program outcomes and change in learning behaviors to determine the effectiveness of Training and Development solutions   - Manage, execute and update existing Training programs   - Develop, negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships   Requirements:   - Degree in Human Resources, OD, education or related field preferred   - Excellent management, organization and prioritization skills   - Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills   - Advanced proficiency in computer applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with social media and designing e-learning courses is a plus   Contact Person:  Shipra Garg  0120-4550859
