(Offer building)  - HRIS Country Manager - Driving WorkDay in Organization.  - Expat Management  - Overall Compensation Management (all employees, including excom)  - Overall Benefit Administration.  - Driving Local Sales Incentive programs  Statutory Compliance (Labour Law):  - Ensuring all Labour Law compliance w.r.t. roll employees  - Keep upto date information and development in Labour Law and Implement.  C&B: Compensation & Benefit + HR Analytics (All product lines)  - Policy Harmonization (All policy custodian)  - Support TA team in lowering hiring cost and making competitive offers.  - Driving Performance Culture  - Developing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)  - Develop Retention Tool  - Develop Reward & Recognition Scheme  - Ensuring KPI for new joinees in first 40 days.  - Budget Preparation & Monitoring  - Group Project - HR & Finance Performance Initiative  - Drive the HR plan as part of overall Progress Plan  - Market Benchmarking  - Conduct Salary Survey (Sr. Mgt)  - Conduct Salary Survey for All Product Line (17 Below)  - Participate in Free Surveys, other surveys based on internal needs.  - C&B Control Processes & MIS   - MIS / Dashboard/ Analytics   - Workday   - Internal control   - SG&A Project  - Expat Management  - Taking active part in merger and acquisitions  - Developing Sale Incentive Scheme  - Part of Manpower Planning  - Help in implementation of SSC in India  - Increment & Bonus Round (All PL)   - Implement Increment Cycle with 100% Accuracy  - Implement Bonus Calculation / PMS data consolidation.
