Major Responsibilities : ( No 2 Position, reports to Head of the Function)
- Support Group Branding and Communication head and various Company Business Head /CEOs/ Stakeholders in advising and evolving Group Brand Identity.
- Define Branding and Communication policy, guidelines and tools and ensure consistency in all communication activities
- Support in developing strategic plan and Interact & Provide inputs proactively to group companies on all corporate communication and branding initiatives.
- Build, nurture and develop external media relations to the desired image of the Group
- Leverage and ensure efficiency of group level buying of media and services on behalf of the individual companies
- Set-up group wide benchmarks, standards; & promote best practices and Oversee the implementation of Intellectual property strategy through Trademark management, domain name registrations and risk management.
- Ensure the timely production of all print, electronic materials such as brochures, annual reports; websites and must have understanding of effective usage of e-commerce platform for Branding & Communication.
- Expertise in Brand Strategy and Management, Advertising, Media and Corporate Communication, Industrial, Market Research and Consumer Research
- Candidate from FMCG,Consumer goods and Automotive industries would be preferred.
- Candidate should have worked in Group Office of large Indian /MNC Conglomerate.
- MBA (Marketing ) from a reputed Institute and Experience of approx 10-12 years in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations, known for good business performance and strong management practices
