We have an immediate requirement for Talent Acquisition/ Staffing lead for a leading Shared services at Pune

Candidates Skills required:

- Full Time MBA/ Post Graduate with experience of 12 -16 years and good experience in recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to drive the Resourcing Strategy and Delivery the Talent Acquisition function

- Responsible for coordinating with national and international stake holders .

- Responsible for over all Talent Acquisition Capability building

- Regularly interacts with the clients to develop a thorough understanding of the business needs.

- Build and implement robust Resourcing Policies and processes
