Sr Legal Manager - FMCG/Real Estate

Title: Sr. Manager- Legal

- Looking for a person with strong legal background for an opportunity with a leading FMCG organization.

- We are looking for candidates from a mix of FMCG, Real Estate or Retail background.

Educational Background- LLB from a reputable law school

Location- Gurgaon

Must have experience in between 8-12 years.

KRA:

- Legal resource to provide support to Real Estate, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources functions.

- Strong experience in Real Estate

- Strong experience in property related Title Search

- Experience/ knowledge in Food & Retail related laws.

- Experience/ knowledge in dealing with queries pertaining to labeling, metrology, packaging, artwork approvals and other miscellaneous general business queries (Additional advantage).

- Drafting, negotiating & closing of Real Estate/ conveyance documents.

- Compliance/ Due Diligence

- Contract management

- Litigation
