We, Talisman Advisors, an executive search and selection firm specializing in the recruitment of middle to senior level talent, are looking for a Sr Manager -HR Generalist with one of our clients based in Chennai/Hyderabad. Our client is one of the largest MNC Banks.

- The incumbent will be managing the entire HR function for the business.

- He will be managing the complete recruitment cycle (massive hiring), induction, performance management, employee engagement, partnering with the business for development and delivery of overall HR strategy.

Experience – 5-8 years+

Salary can be in the range of 12-15 Lacs. We are open to candidates from Manufacturing, Telecom & FMCG sector also.
