Looking for Sr. HR Business Partner for a Top US MNC. You need to have atleast 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.  The role will report into the India Head of HR with a matrix relationship into Functional HR Head in US  No. of Positions : 2  Role Location : Vadodara & Pune (specify the location in your CV if interested in only one)  The person will act as the strategic liaison between Human Resources and the Business leaders. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, delivery and management of all HR related activities in alignment with the business strategy of the organisation.   The individual will need to develop and implement initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement, development and productivity. The person will lead the areas of workforce planning, training and career development, organization design, performance management, employee relations, recognition and change management.   This position requires a broad combination of skills spanning human resources, general management capabilities, and ability to work with senior leadership on developing & executing strategic HR priorities.   Requirements  - Good academics, preference to candidates from tier 1 HR institutes (XLRI, TISS)  - Proven ability to work independently and engage with senior leadership  - Experience of working in multinational organisation/s  - Prior experience in a Business partner role for a workforce of 500+  - Team leading experience  - Technology background with experience in IT industry will be an advantage
