Looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Sr Executive / Manager /Sr. Manager - Client Servicing for a leading full-service digital marketing agency in India.

Digital Marketing experience is a Must. Candidates with 2-8 years exposure in Digital Marketing companies need apply.

Job Description:

- Client Servicing, Crisis Management, Business Harvesting as the Account Manager, Strategy and Presentations

- Client management via regular liaison on key issues

- Coordination with the team members in achieving the set objectives

- Overseeing the formulation and communication of campaign reports to clients

- Responsible for business expansion

- Provide strategic directions on Digital planning

- Building strong client relationships & Establishing clear lines of communication

- Growing existing client billings

- Growing client revenue by up-sell and cross-sell solutions

- Involved in making search strategies, defining project scope, promotional plans, search engine marketing (SEO and SEM), online marketing and brand advertising strategies of the websites

- Preparing site audit reports and analyzing website traffic trends,

- Extend and maintain brand awareness across a variety of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Linkedin, Blogging and many more

- In depth analysis with the use Google Analytics

- Using Web Metrics Strategically and Interpretation of Data for better decision making

- Managing SEO Team, Social Media Professionals and Content writers to meet deliverables

- Troubleshoot SEO problems and SE reputation management.

- Performing a periodic health check of the website

- Implementation of all SEO related strategy which Keyword building, Meta Tags & content optimization, creating XML sitemaps, contextual interlinking etc.

- Managing blogs and website forums

- Analyzing and monitoring market trends and competitive environment

- Responsible for business expansion
