Our client, US MNC FMCG company is looking for a Sr. Exec - Internal Audit, based out of HO Mumbai.   Responsibilities:   - Internal Audit of various Functions and Processes and compliance with SOX requirements.  - Participate in reviews and audits of various business processes, factories, warehouses, sales offices etc. to bring about process improvements and suggest better business practices.  - Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures  - Ensuring compliance with GRC Requirements and ensure no SOD and SOX violations in respect of access rights and sensitive access reports.  - Ensuring SOX compliance   - Finalize and review monthly/ quarterly trigger analysis with regard to different business processes and cycles  - Responsible for granting and review access rights in SAP   - Prepare audit plan, conduct audit/review operations and collate audit findings and recommendations  - Support in design testing of various SOX control process. Consolidation of daily testing of SOX control   - Provide SAP rights, review SOD violations  - Prepare monthly/Quartely triggers  - Addiition/deletion of new users.
