We are scouting for the position of Executive / Senior Executive - Employee Relations in our Telecom and Media vertical (Non-Health care) at a Leading BPO, Bommanhalli near Silk Board.

Work Shift timings : 6.30 pm to 3.30 am ( Transport Provided) | Weekly 5 days and fixed Sat and Sun Off.

- Graduate / PG/ MBA in HR

- Flexible to work in shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day to day People (Human Resources) operations/processes:

- Performance Management - Driving performance Management for the process through the operations team. This includes the confirmation and annual appraisals and performance improvement programmes as needed by the process

- Internal Growth Process: End to end ownership of the internal job posting process, and other career development programmes. This covers posting jobs, designing and administering selection rounds

- Policy and process implementation- Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by businesses

- Employee Satisfaction Initiatives - Analysis of survey results, formulating actionable based on the same in consultation with business. Ensuring communication and implementation.

- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed. To set up mechanisms to resolve employee issues on the floor and People Helpdesk timely redressal of request and concerns raised

- Leave/ muster/ Time keeping

- Compliance administration PF/ESIC documentation

- Front ending with the employees/ stakeholders/ consultants on People related matters like: - Leave and attendance management - Employee life cycle - Employee engagement

Skills Must Have

- Good understanding of HR system procedures.

- Good communication skills both written and oral.

- Must be people oriented.

- Strong in MIS

- Good analytical skills

- High on ownership, commitment and energy level

- Ability to work with different groups of people, across Operations and functions

- Only local candidates who can attend face 2 face interview only need to apply.
