This is a Human Resource role focused on recruitments for a leading management consulting firm.
This would be an individual contributor role involving end to end hiring for mid and senior level mandates, frequent interactions with global and local stakeholders, etc
MBA(HR) (2009-2011) passouts from Tier II colleges, working in the KPO/Consulting/BFSI space would be preferred.
- People with 3-5 years of experience with strong communication skills, ability to handle and close senior level mandates single-handedly, good convincing skills, strong communication skills and having a positive learning attitude would be desired.
