- Lead the service delivery team working on client projects, acting as an escalation point for issues.
- Ensure that the delivery of an ongoing portfolio of high-quality services meet client needs for quality, access, availability and reliability.
- Effectively manage all functions and processes that form part of our managed service including the service desk function, project delivery, change management and release management
