- Act as a single point of contact between the client, sales and development teams through the entire project lifecycle.

- Responsible for analyzing / capturing business process and tabulating it to a module design. Coordinate the entire end-to-end process from scoping of the project to delivery to client.

- Responsible for the complete scoping of the project with inputs from client and the development team
