With leading Insurance company based in Bangalore  Designation : Business development   Principal Accountabilities:   - Manage Bank relationships at Head office level –agreement at macro level customer engagement initiatives   - Define a strategy for the Bank along with team   - Define a strategy for the achieving the AOP.   - Interface with partner HO teams for necessary negotiations and approval on various activities and initiatives  - Jointly work with Retail channel on Governing Board and SPF Agenda  - Engage with the Bank at HO level for necessary approvals on BIC/SP’s.  - Closely work with Internal Stakeholders within company to define long term strategic vision for the Bank as a part of the Planning exercise  - Interaction with the Senior management of the Bank on a regular basis to update them about the business progress .  - No. of initiatives driven by HO replicated across all the circles.  - Involve the Banca team in setting the AOP/ROP numbers with agreement.  - Successful implementation of the contest and target achievement.  - Relationship management with Bancassurance dept on the day to activity  - Share the MIS on a daily basis with respect to the productivity, activisation, branch and circle performance   - Influence the banks policy/processes with regards to life insurance  - Closely work with SSBD to define the contests and other tactical initiatives for the Business development of Bank.  - Closely work with Products and Marketing for the Bank support  - Closely work with Training team to effectively meet training and development needs of the Bank by preparing a calendar and approval from the Bank.   - Smooth execution and implementation of the new products  - Design the training calendar in conjunction with the training team and implementation in all circles through bank HO  - This position requires complete upto date knowledge on the regulatory aspect as well the internal processes laid down.  - The person needs to be well aware about the products, legal, compliance aspects as well.	  Komal Patel 9820470040
