Sr.Associate-Research  One of our clients, A leading Real Estate Consulting organization is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Sr.Associate-Research  Basic Job Purpose:  - Contribute to regular research reports produced by the organization across all asset types (quarterly, bi-annual, annual)  - Support the central team on global research deliverables / other research mandates   - Provide support to the local consulting team on client mandates   - Handle Hyderabad real estate databases - regular updation and review  - Supervise the local surveyor (data collector)  - Contribute to paid research services.  Education & Experience:  - Any graduate with 2-6 yrs of relevant experience in the competition (IPC) would be an advantage (especially in consulting / research services), otherwise resources on the client side (developers, funds, industry organizations such as CII, CREDAI, RICS etc), infrastructure, consulting services, KPOs, etc  - Good Exposure in usage of Databases - like Factiva, Thomson, Bloomberg  - MS Office (esp. Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), report writing skills, good communication skills  - Preferably from Real Estate background  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
