Hiring for a leading BPO:

Shift: 5PM - 2AM

Overview:

- HR SPOC for managing Employee Life Cycle in the organization

- Interfaces with Program Leadership

- Interfaces with functional teams

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate as HR contact for various employee activities

- Define a structured Engagement Plan across business units

- Conducts skip level meetings and One-on-ones.

- Meet with the Team Leaders/Managers and Teams at regular intervals to understand their concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates

- Generating floor intelligence report - A monthly discussion with the VP of the program to discuss the major issues

- Grievance Handling - To understand employee grievance and to give them a permanent solution on the same

- Floor support - To conduct focus groups and one-on-ones to understand the motivation level on the floor and plan for activities accordingly

- SPOC for Internal Job Postings - To communicate current openings to all the employees and also make sure that interested employees apply for the same

- Database (HRMS) updation and maintenance - To provide inputs to the PS team on changes in Employee Status and thereby maintain the master employee database for each employee in the individual programs

- Employee engagement activities - Fun at work activities to have a high energy level on the work floor

- Policies - Implementation of HR Policies rolled out by CHR and provides critical support and feedback in the process.

- Performance Management system - To ensure authenticated data reaching the right person for appraisals

- Code of conduct implementation - To ensure each employee follows the code of conduct of the organization

- Rewards and Recognition - Works with the CHR team in driving the monthly program to recognize the talented and outstanding employees by ensuring nominations, ratification of data and analysis of the same.

- Should demonstrate initiative & contribute to problem solving.

- Should act with independence & discretion in routine matters.

- Strong execution and decision making capabilities

- Sharp, with an eye for detail, high initiative level, consistent and high performer.

- Team player and effective communicator

- HR Business Partner who can demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in multicultural team settings with excellent people management skills

- Partner with business units to provide seamless HR support to business units across
