Job Summary:  - Under moderate supervision support seniors in planning and execution of finer details of assignments that best meets the need of the clients.  Essential Duties And Responsibilities:  - Conduct research on real estate assets to support investments initiative.Target and initiate research into potential clients  - Conduct simple/complex advanced financial analysis to reach a value conclusion.   - Prepare financial models to evaluate financial structures for investments transactions and provide details pf the analysis conducted to support value.  - Prepare presentations, documentations and organised information for the department. May provides technical inputs and alternate solutions.   - Support in preparation of reports on a(n) entity's/property's financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions  - Gather information, understand clients need and their business, provide timely responses to and elisted timely responses from clients. Track purposes in appropriate databases.  - Track constant emergence of new methodologies and techniques that must be communicated and managed in the business.  - May interacts with team members, clients, and potential investors with respect to financial analysis / information  - Supervisory Responsibilities: No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.  Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Finance or an MBA in finance. Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.  Communication Skills:   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.   - Ability to effectively present information.  Financial Knowledge:   - Requires advance knowledge of financial terms and principles.   - Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.  Reasoning Ability:   - Ability to solve standard problems and deal with a variety of options in standard situations.   - Requires basic level analytical and quantitative skills.   Other Skills And Abilities:   - Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   - Ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and software.   - Ability to multi-task, work in cross-functional teams, perform under short time frames, establish and maintain internal and external professional relationships and prioritize workload.   Scope of Responsibility:   - Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
