Our client is one of the leading FMCG firm.

Designation: Sr.Area Sales Manager

Education : MBA (From Top B-Schools)

Sector Exposure : 1+ Yrs of Sales / Marketing exp into FMCG sector OR Should have experience of Strategy Consulting with any of the Management Consulting firm in FMCG vertical.

Location : Mumbai

CTC : Best in Industry.

Experience: Minimum 1+Yrs of experience post MBA.

Required Skills :

- Sales and distribution (route to market)

- FMCG market in India

- Capabilities in development of customers, offerings, products & markets

Job Profile:

- Channel sales & Marketing , Distribution Management.

- Responsible for top line and bottom line delivery and network expansion.

- Design the Go to Market Model for the brand

- Create the model – involving conceptualization, piloting and creating the Roadmap for expansion.

- Lead an Integrated Sales and Marketing Activation Initiative.

- Create end to end design spanning Channel strategy, Service Levels, Organization Design and IT Systems.
