For more details about company, click here: http://www.ocwen.com/  Job Designation: Sr. Analyst - Operations Risk Management  Location: Bangalore  Qualification: Graduate  Experience: 2 -4 Years  Office Time: 1 -10 pm  Reporting to: Asst Manager  Job Profile:  Responsibilities:  - Operations Risk is defined as the risk of loss as a result of inadequate or failed operational processes, people or systems.   - The Senior Analyst will support the design, deployment, execution, and refinement of an enterprise-wide Operations Risk Management (ORM) framework and set of methods to identify, measure, mitigate, and manage operational risk.   - The primary responsibility will be to execute Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) across client’s Servicing, Originations, and Corporate functions. The role will also assist in the the design, deployment, and execution of other ORM methods and initiatives as client’s strengthens its Enterprise Risk Management.  - The Senior Analyst will help ensure that operational risks are appropriately identified, measured, reported and managed in alignment with the organization’s risk tolerances and in compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and standards.   - This will be accomplished by working collaboratively with other staff across Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit and functional lines of responsibility as well as independent thought and challenge.   Key Result Areas:  - Develop, implement and execute Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) to support achievement of 2nd Line of Defense responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework.  - Develop the necessary planning, training and communication materials for executing RCSAs and other risk assessments, as well as enhancing client-wide awareness of ORM.  - Prepare Operational Risk & Control reporting materials.  - Assist in the production of timely reports for executives, senior management, key stakeholders, and Risk Committees.  - Ensure that the risk issues (i.e. control gaps) identified through each RCSA are fed to client’s Risk Convergence Process (RCP) to ensure action plan remediation.  - Perform testing and validation on control gap remediation efforts, once the remediation action plan has been reported as implemented through the RCP.  - Ensure effective communication between Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit and other second and third line of defense enterprise organizations and first line businesses to effectively address risk and control issues.  - Determine/understand significant changes affecting the Business, internally and externally, and ensure appropriate actions to mitigate risk and modify/expand controls.  - Provide support for senior management as an operational risk subject matter expert (SME).  Candidate Requirement:   - Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.  - 2 to 4 years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, control/process management, or audit roles, within the mortgage banking or financial services industries.  - Strong understanding of operational risk concepts and related control frameworks and practices.  - Proven ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.  - High level of professionalism, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency.  - Excellence in execution.  Interested candidates are requested to share your updated CV with following details:  Experience: Current CTC: Expected CTC:  Priti Harne Vitasta Consulting Pvt.
