Sr Actuarial Analyst - Life Insurance

Position Related Experience

- Student Member of Actuarial Society (India/UK/SOA),with six plus actuarial exam pass

- 3-5 years of work experience in Life Insurance in Actuarial domain

- Should be in a position to provide technical guidance to the life insurance team and be able to resolve any issues that arise so that deliverables are met

- Experience in Shareholder reporting (Embedded value, Risk Management)/Valuation of Liabilities/Actuarial Modeling /Pricing

Technical Experience

- Excellent understanding of Actuarial Techniques

- Good Knowledge of of any programming language with application to actuarial modeling (Prophet/ MoSes/ VIP-iTech).Prophet knowledge is essential

- Knowledge of Life insurance products is necessary

- Understanding of the risk management framework is desirable

- Should have experience working in the areas of Embedded value, Value of New Business and Liquidity Reporting

- Awareness of recent industry developments in Life Actuarial domain

- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time

- Ability to work on an international environment

Soft Skills Required

- Excellent communication & customer management skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies
