We're disrupting the massive BPM/ BPO market globally using technology and distributed workforce.  Key Roles / Responsibilities : Run and lead the sales function, end to end :   - Define overall GTM with the executive team and drive it  - Work on the sales design process and create and implement a playbook for current and future scale  - Manage the team of BDRs and Sales Support teams and create best practices for scale  - Close contracts end to end with support from BDRs and Operations - initial meeting, pilot, commercial negotiations, legal negotiations, operations / tech handovers etc.  - Responsible for quota - incentivized on net revenue (Revenue - COGS)  - Help create high quality pitch decks, client reports and white papers  Other core areas :  - Help power better content strategy across the customer facing channels  - Work on strategic partnerships and areas of technical collaboration in the market  - Attend industry events and front networking conversations  - Contribute to Demand Product strategy and help identify new markets  Experience : Min 3-4 years of sales experience in enterprise SaaS / Technology sales (preferably at a startup). Sold average annual contract sizes of $100-200k  Skills :  - Entrepreneurial, driven, self starter, has the ability to work in a startup environment  - Problem Solver: Ability to understand SquadRun's product and consult clients real-time on how we can break their operational problems down and scale them on SquadRun  - Analytical, understands technology and keeps up with the latest developments in core industries that we focus on - online commerce, social, AI  - Ability to write high quality content for all client communications including emails, presentations and other forms of content  Compensation :   Base Salary - $200k On-target earnings. $80 - $120k base.
